Who we are
Two people, beside you
Aaron Hayes
Aaron leads client delivery, coaching and automation at PeopleForward AI, bringing a practical focus on making difficult things achievable. Across security, compliance, business ownership, vocational education, wildlife education, tour coaching and business mentoring, Aaron has built a practical, people-focused way of helping others move from uncertainty to clear next steps.
His background in online security and compliance helped shape PeopleForward AI’s approach to practical systems: know your obligations, keep good evidence, and review before problems emerge. Aaron has taught up to Advanced Diploma level in Australia and China, and brings a calm, structured approach to helping people learn and apply new skills.
Judo has been a constant thread in Aaron’s life, alongside decades as a motorcyclist. Its principles of respect, improvement and learning through failure continue to guide how he works.
At PeopleForward AI, Aaron helps clients move forward with clarity, confidence and practical support.
Key QualificationsKate Robinson
Kate leads education, research and compliance at PeopleForward AI, bringing a deep curiosity about how people learn, how organisations build trust, and what makes new knowledge genuinely useful. Her working life has moved through nursing, healthcare, music, research, university teaching, hospitality, bus driving and working as a deckhand on prawn trawlers. Each has shaped the way she understands and connects with people, building trust and creating learning that feels practical and human.
Proud granddaughter of a Stolen Generations woman, Kate’s approach to cultural safety is personal as well as professional, reflected in the respectful and welcoming spaces she creates. She brings a strong evidence base to her work, with practical experience in education, quality improvement and accreditation. Outside work, Kate finds joy in motorcycling and volunteering in a musical duo.
